TARGET

People who want to keep track of their parents' or family members' daily life and health from a distance, and watch over them with peace of mind.

TASK

Families living apart from their parents or relatives found it hard to keep track of their condition and felt anxious, while care workers were spending too much time on daily records, communication, and reporting.

PURPOSE

A service that lets families keep track of their parents or relatives living apart from them, so they can watch over them with peace of mind.

INFORMATION

We designed the structure so families can check the information they actually want to know clearly and concisely. By avoiding technical jargon and complex explanations and organizing only the essential information, we made it easy for people unfamiliar with caregiving to intuitively understand the service and its benefits.

DESIGN

We used a warm color palette to convey the sense of security and warmth expected of a caregiving service. Buttons were designed larger so anyone can operate the app intuitively, and illustrations help communicate points that are hard to convey through text alone.
